Registration - 5:00 to 6:30pm; Friday 10October, On Yer Bike - Vivian St, Wellington
NB: For out of town entrants only there is a last minute registration on Saturday at 6.45 - 7.00 am

Start - Days Bay, Eastbourne
Full Briefing - 7:00am; All competitors (including Non-Kayakers) must attend final briefing
Start Time - 7:30am; Days Bay (NB: Tryathlon Teams 8:00am)

Business House Mixed Team (3-4 members; including at least 1 member of the opposite sex, completing 1-2 disciplines each)

NB: Business Categories - All team members, except the kayaker, must be employees or family / partners of employees of the business organisation.

Course
The event starts and finishes in Days Bay. It starts on the beachfront with a 6k Sea Kayak to Lowry Bay & return. Then a 25k Mountain Bike around Pencarrow coastline & over Pencarrow Station to Wainuiomata Coast Rd. Next is a 26k Road Cycle to the coastline and back to Wainuiomata. Then a final 7k run over the Eastern Habour Regional Park to finish at Wellesley College back in Days Bay. For full details see the course details & course maps.
NB: Tryathlon teams start from Days Bay at 8:00am (sharp) with the mountain bike
Prize Giving & Lunch
Major individual prizes; for fastest male and female in each leg - 15 day initial programme with io altitude simulators. The io programme is natural and drug-free- It’s a passive workout designed to rapidly strengthen your body, keep you fit and well, and offer relief from many conditions. The programme takes 50 hours over one year- one hour a day for 15 days, followed by booster sessions every 6-8 weeks. Read, listen to music or watch a movie as your body does the work then enjoy astounding results.
Prize Giving - Wellesley College in Days Bay - 1:00pm or within 30mins of the last finisher (whichever occurs first)
Lunch - your entry fee includes an excellent lunch pack available at Wellesley College from 12noon.
